Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. About

Kirsh Tours ("we", "us") is a travel agency based in Petah Tikva, Israel. Our app connects to TikTok only to publish travel deal videos to our own TikTok account and to read the statistics of our own account.

2. Use of the app

The app is an internal tool operated by Kirsh Tours. It is not offered to the public and is not used to access, post to, or collect data from any other TikTok account.

3. Content

All content published through the app is created and owned by Kirsh Tours. Travel prices and availability shown in our videos are correct at the time of publishing and may change. Errors and omissions excepted.

4. TikTok

Use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We comply with them in everything we publish.

5. Limitation of liability

The app and the content are provided "as is". Kirsh Tours is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app or the content.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published at this address.
